Im planning trip to Europe in 2007,whos with me :)
What do you guys think of Malta? It’s a small island near Sicily. God there is so much history there.. Check out the link below
I want to hit the islands this time Greece, Malta, ect, have any of you ever been to any of the islands of Italy’s coastline?

This reminds me, If I am going to even be close to being able to afford a trip to Europe I am going to need to really work hard at getting my business off the ground. I realized my inspiration to excel is the opportunity to travel around the world.

Re: Planning trip to Europe
Fri, August 6, 2004 - 2:57 PMI had a stopover in Malta once. It was beautiful, a lot of tradition. I would definitely love to see more of it. I had a friend from Malta as well that spoke highly of it. -

Re: Planning trip to Europe
Sun, September 12, 2004 - 9:23 AMHey Trinsic,
Malta is definitely an interesting destination with plenty of historical sights and some fairly good beaches as well. The population is friendly and the public transportation system is good although slow - however, it's a great way to meet the Maltese (the busses are ancient but plenty!). During the summer, the heat can be overwhelming so don't forget aircon or go there either during Spring time or Fall - Spring is supposed to be beautiful as trees and plants are still green (during summer everything turns yellow as on most other Mediterranean islands), but I have only been there during the summer and let me tell you, trying to sleep in 30C is not an easy task!
As for Greece, so many great islands to visit (stay away from Athens or do the city in a day, it's terrible, especially during summer), try the solitude of Folégandros for instance or the unspoiled beaches of Milos (and see 'the real Venus' as well!) - no tips on Italy, only been to Rome!
Bon voyage!
